Changing extra stage settings

How do I do this on Stepmania? I looked in the stickies and I looked all over the options and found nothing. Could someone give me some help?

As far as I know the only thing you can change is whether or not you can select the Extra Stages. Other than that, you'll need to be a bit more specific.

what do you want to do by changing it?

im sure if you want to change the mods/etc, that should be in an ini file somwhere in the program folder

I've always wondered why the developers added the dark mod to Extra Stage in SM. It just doesn't make sense.

But the only changes that I'm aware that you can make are whether you choose ES or not.

max2 extra stage has dark on...I guess they modeled it after that. I dunno...kinda annoying though when I have it set with event mode off. I suppose you might be able to go into the metrics and find the extra stage modifier list. I'm not sure if that would be in the theme metrics or what, you'd have to look around for it (and have an idea of what to look for...I knew the metrics back in alpha 7, but I forgot them and haven't bothered learning what the new terms are in 20/21)
