Dance Maniax Options

Can anyone tell me how to configure options for Dance Maniax? I'm pretty sure they exist I just can't figure out how to choose them.

When you start the game, press the select button and hold down all of the buttons. Now you can select if you want one player or center or single credit double (2 songs). You can also select course, select music or Internet ranking option. After selecting one of thouse, press the 3 buttons again.

On 2nd Mix, hold Left + start will also let you choose mods on top of mode select (speed, reverse, cross-lanes, etc).

Holding both left+right+start = Just plain mode select.

Dance Maniax 2nd Mix and 2nd Mix Append JPARADISE:

Hold Right + Start will not only let you choose mods, but also unlocks the 3 hidden songs: Stay (Mod Bouncy Version), Non-Stop Mix Specials 1 and 2.

The Right + Start will only work if Marathon Course is enabled, which can be turned on if you call an arcade operator for the System Menu.
