heya. i'm ryan and down here in southern cali. been DDRing uhh ever since i was like 9 or 8. which was a 3rd mix, home version that first introduced me into DDR. i first started on heavy, i screwed that basic and standard crap. then i moved to somewhere else and stopped playing for i think at least 3 or 4 years. and now i just got back and still playing. just playing heavy and freestyle when i'm acting all goofy and stuff.

Neon Kel is my homie that told me about this place and others that i met in the PSM tournament this year.

Damn, i've played DDR since 2nd mix (whenever the hell that was) and i've trying to get good at NOT holding the bar. Im getting there, tho.

I only play the funky music like Spin the Disk, Lets Groove TOnight, MObo Moga and some other funky songs.

I'm Jodi from CA and I LOVE dancing on the DDR machines! My husband and I fell in love with DDR in Las Vegas last year at Circus Circus and have been hooked since! My absolute favorite songs so far are La Senorita (Capt.T) and Mr.Wonderful. It has been the absolute BEST exersize ever and I am actually getting confortable in Trick on some tunes! This is a great board!

Hello! I'm a new person. Kinda.

I'm Doug. I've been playing DDR for almost four years now! I live in suburban CT, and am a student/musician outside of my DDR playing. I can do most anything on heavy at this point, though I don't really go for precision. The only AAA I've ever gotten in my life was on basic Afronova XD. But in terms of my best on pad, I passed Maxx Unlimited for the first time the other day, even though I got a D. I can do Max 300 pretty well. Though after seeing a few videos around, I don't really think that's all that great anymore lol. I used to play on PSX (don't have PS2 ) and stepmania, but my pads broke . Speaking of which, anyone know of a good USB->PSX converter? I'm sure there's a post about this somewhere.

So... other than that, my strengths include reading complicated/close rhythms (though I still need to work on it), and doing fast stuff/runs. Weaknesses are pretty much sprint stammina. I can play steady for a long time, but if it's a fast and hard song, I'll get too tired to move my feet enough half way through the piece. Just gotta keep practicing!

My name is Mayene. I'm sister to one of the administrators. And I haven't been here in so long, even if it is a link on my site. Kekeke. I'm bored. Even though I should be doing homework.

I joined this group when it was known as ddrfreak.n3.net. The Green BBS. I started at MGL with Oniichan and Orochi. I was 11. Then I met Mike Ngo, and J Dogg...and then...from DDRgurl to the gaTTchOOn...I trademark confetti! And I haven't worn overalls since.

But now I don't really play. Like my loving Oniichan says, I'm working on my office butt as a graphic artist at the Brentwood Press on top of teaching violin. And I think he's mad at me because I just rocked his score in Tontie.

So here I am. Still in dear ol' Antioch. But I'll be graduating this year! (YAY Class of '05!!!) And once I get that car...maybe I'll work on my DDR butt again.

Hey..im amanda k. Im from kettering OHIO. I got into DDR about a month and a half ago and ive became totally obsessed with it! My ex-bf Jon Lamme got me into it. He made me jump right into doing LIGHT. My first songs were Speed Over Beethoven, Butterfly, and Dakenkai. I have now mastered all 4 foot songs and i am working on the transition from LIGHT to STANDARD. Those 3rd notes really mess me up. I can do 5 feet now.. but im still struggling. I get C's on 5 feet. Im getting better tho. Ive been playing with all kinds of friends. I have friends who are on heavy, standard, light, and begginer. So its awesome. My favorite songs are end Of century, Captain Jack, Drop the Bomb, Love Shine, Dam Darram, Cant Stop Falling In Love, I do i do ido..ext. I like Rave songs and Love songs.

hey i used to come hear alot but wasnt a memeber then i got bored and became a member ...

ive been playing ddr for about a month and a half i can do almost all standered and a couple heavy songs (frekles) ... my fav. song is cartoon heros... i detest mods ... except for boost cause i think it makes it look cool ... i hate assholes who play twice in a row when theres a line of about 200 tokens !!!! normally i dont have to deal with that since i found a great machine at this movie theater by my house .. hardly ever a line and its in great condition .. no pad boos or anything ... the only off about it is the pads are moved reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally close to the machine and if you move them then after they close they move them right back .. its really annoying and i dont know why they do it ... its not a big deal just makes me angry ... however its probably the best place ive ever been too .. beside my friend whos da had a pizza place with a machine in it but what do you know2 i start playin and they sell it.. alll the machines here also seem to be extrem to with the exception of a 3rd mix at a putt putt really far away .. wierd .. ok im done

Hey all.

Name is Joseph, I play in the OKC area sometimes with Legend Of Rebirth and DDR Phantom.

DDR History: Started playing DDR on Ultramix, once I got past a B on SuperStar Light started playing in the arcades, then upgraded to Stepmania and have been playing about 1-2 hours a day ever since. You can check out my NNR scores here to get an idea of what my skill level is. I mostly do 7-8 footers, some Cata's, and a few easy 10's(bag 3x, and the Disney Mix 10's).

Favorite Songs: Miracle Moon, Happy Wedding, Super Star(From Non Stop Megamix), A, Dream A Dream(First Heavy AAA), Twin Bee, and Drop Out.

Interests: PHP Web Design, Anime, Ragnarok Online, and working out(which is why I started playing DDR, I've gone from 290 to 220 in the 10 months I've been playing).
