All of us already know of Lupin the Third '78 is in one of the japanese mixes. Who else things that Konami should licinse other popular songs from anime? Perhapse some of the rock soundtrack from FLCL? The techno pop theme song of Love Hina? The powerful balads of Inuyasha?

Your thoughts on this subject?

I doubt that will ever happen, but there are a few songs I'd be very happy to see in DDR:
Fukai Mori- Inuyasha
The Real Folk Blues- Cowboy Bebop
Obsession- .\\hack sign
The ending theme of Case Closed
Tank- Cowboy Bebop
AND A LOT OF SONGS FROM INITIAL D!! E4.gif

well, i myself dont like the anime music, but thats not the question.

it would probably be pretty good since theyre like a minute and a half.
a lot of ppl would probably like it since anime is pretty related to ddr music.

anime music would add even more variety to the DDR soundtracks. Not too much though, 2 or 3 would mix it up plenty

Yeah. They should stop putting american songs in DDR games as well. Most of the songs that they do pick suck. The only american songs I enjoy are Little doggy and It's Raining Men (Sue me. It's a good song ¬¬).

Uh, hello...shouldn't everyone be saying "Ride on shooting star" by the Pillows and it's all over FLCL. Also have you all forgotten about Freckles?

Freckles -KCP Re-Edit- is a cover of SOBAKASU, a just-as-good song for Rurouni Kenshin.

No, I mean how come no one has mentioned the theme from Lupin the 3rd? It was in 5th Mix (btw, I'm stating this as a fan of 5th mix, not a fan of anime, because I don't really like anime).

Correction, it was DDR 4th Mix PLUS. I hate it when everyone says that it came from 5th, whent i came from 4+.

Play IIDX.

Anyways, this sounds like what you would want to see in DDR that's not in DDR, and there's a thread for that kiddies. Just look for the sticky.

Sorry to get personal on this one but the ending theme of Case Closed sucks! It sounds like Randy Newman if he really were as retarded as he sounds. Next, As mentioned before, everyone forgot about Freckles except for Reenee. Good for you Reenee. Next, The Hina theme would really fit well. Also, a fan of ddr that isn't a fan of anime? who would have known that one exists.

Some songs are good for ddr, others are not. It really depends if the songs has good beat or rhythym.

I feel sorry for Japan if a big part of their culture is mashing arrows.
