If you are asking how many versions there are, this should give you an idea.

If you asking how many players there are, then I don't see how you expect anyone to go about answering the question.

If you want to know how many versions, look at our songlist.

If you want to know something else, you should either be more specific or realize there's no real way to track it (total number of machines, total number of players).
