Red Octane Ignition Pad Malfuntions?!?

Has anyone out there had any trouble with their Ignition Dance Pad? I just bought mine new about a month ago, and now when I step on the left arrow, the pad acts as if I a stepping on the Left and Down arrows, and the A button!

Anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks!

Return and get a new one. That's what I did.

Yeah, I was planning on calling tonight about it, but they are closed for the night. Will they let me return it even if I threw out the box that it came in?

I'm not sure. I have 2 boxes but one definitely won't fit in an envelope and I'm not gonna pay shipping.

Not to be an buttocks or anything but this should go in the Console Forums under the soft pad discussion sticky thread.

Also, are sure that the padding isn't warped in any way? That could be the problem.
