2 hands or one? keyboarding

well i use 2 hands 4 fingers. cvbn is the keys i use and i use ma pointer and middle fingers on both hands. ive seen archowl play the arrow keys with only 2 fingers...i tried it and well i just suck at using that method...but i just recently got a C on reality and i just need to get like a AA on it and pass crash ONI and blur and im set. o and even though i use 4 fingers i thing the 2 finger method is superior bc u can hit the jackhammers faster than with 4 fingers, which is why i swich to 2 fingers mid song just 2 do them pesky jackhammers.

I use both 2 hands with four fingers (the keys are 1235 on the keypad) on really hard songs and one hand 3 fingers on easy songs. PSMO and anything easier than that is what i do with one hand.

I use one hand, but I think I've actually managed to use all five fingers during one tough song one time. Still fun though, even though my arm starts to hurt after playing too many hard ones.

I use both hands and just use my index fingers...I only use four fingers (both index fingers and both middle fingers) for songs like Payon Oni...but stuff like Reality...and pretty much the other 99.9999% of songs I have I use 2 fingers.

I can A or better at 1.5music Quasar, Ska a gogo, Saints go marching, sakura, kakumei, speed over beethoven, etc...and many more.

you can actually pass Quasar 1.5? The best I can do is 1.3. Maybe you just put it on judge1/life1. I always play at least 4/4.

I'm not THAT good at the harder songs, but I do have 2 AAAA's on Judge 5 (A Stupid Barber and Discow Moscow from TM4)

i used to do it one handed but then i realized its a lot easier with two hands.

didnt think there would ever be a topic like this lol.. i can use one hand if i want but thats like.. to show off.. and i use 3 fingers when i do that. usually i use 2 bcuz it is much more comfortable and alot easier(WAY easier on solo especially). but with one hand i cant even compare w/ accuracy. and im not good enough for justice w/ either method so i stick with 8 but i cant even pull 8 off with anything better than a 'c' with one hand. ive seen people who use only their index fingers and they get stuck on crossovers. my advice is dont use only indexes.. that would never work for solo anyway. and solo is alot more fun . oh and i use my left index on the left arrow, right index on up, and right middle on right arrow. i alternate which finger uses the down arrow depending on what the situation is.. i gues.. lol its all natural kinda.

I started with 1 hand, then when i started playing 'so deep' i found it was disgustingly easy with 2 hands instead, so i kinda worked into learning 2 hands and 2 index fingers. I turn with them and everything, just like real ddr, but it seems to be reaching a limit

Also: I dont want to sound like a moron, maybe im just not good enough, but for blur, i saw the jump part, and i dont think thats possible with the 2 index finger style >.< It becomes a lot easier with 4 fingers- and ive never even used that style =/

What do you really top notch SM players use for sick songs like reality and blur?
