i recently purchased another madcatz beat pad pro pad (i got a warrenty so it is only $5 for a new pad). & i went to play it but the arrows didnt work. so i wasnt fiddling around & realized the arrows only worked if ONLY ONE FOOT IS ON AN ARROW. meaning i have to move one foot into the center & can then step on the arrow. & as any experienced player knows, you cant play that way. it is a brand new pad too. has this ever happened to anyone else before? I wouldn't even post about this in the Softpad thread. This is likely an isolated incident. You just bought the pad...it's broken...take it back and get a refund/exchange. This ain't LiveJournal.
