ddr doubles step numbers

I im in a hurry right now
and I need the doubles steps for Heavy and Challenge steps (if there is a challenge step) for mixes 1-8 (dont forget 3rd mix plus and 4th mix plus)

and in this format

("regular_step"/"freeze step")
