Love <3 Shine question

My tracklist of each game and the difficulties and foot ratings of each song says it has a challenge difficulty
ddrfreak's stepcharts says it has a challenge difficulty
stepmania says it has a challenge difficulty

I play on an extreme machine multiple multiple times a week, for hours a day, and I've unlocked everything.... there is no challenge mode

Ya see you have to use a trick in Nonstop mode to play it. It's kind of tricky to explain but I'll try.

Say there is a nonstop mode with Love Shine in it and right next to it is a nonstop with only challenge steps like this:

Nonstop 1
1. Love Shine
2. Sakura
3. My Sweet Darlin'
4. Pink Rose

Nonstop 2
1. Super Star (From Nonstop Megamix)
2. Fantasy
3. Do it Right
4. Irresistiblement

You see that the Challenge only stepsare at the same spot as Love Shine since they both are #1. You have to move the cursor over to the 2nd nonstop and just highlight it- don't pick it. Then quickly press

back to the first nonstop and hit the green button. If you do it fast enough, you can play the challenge steps for Love Shine. Same cheat works for Dam Dariram and Last Message.

...okay, that's kinda lame that you have to go through all that secretive nonsense to play challenge steps for certain songs...
but yeah, thanks for clearing that up

No problem.

It is a hassle to have to go through all that. Especially since the best way to do it is to get them up the Player's Best list.

Wierd, I had no idea there were Love <3 Shine challenge steps. I should try that some time.

I also find it wierd that you have to go through all that just to play them o_O

The Love Love Shine Challenge steps are pretty fun, and a good boost in difficulty from the Heavy steps. Last Message's Challenge steps just chew anus, though, so don't get your hopes up.

Yeah, the Dam Dariram "oni" steps are pretty fun too. They're also somewhat challenging.
