What's on your feet while playing DDR?

i play in barefeet. I cant play in shoes for some reason. It hurt my feet at first, but i got used to the pain and now it doesnt hurt..and plus i play on my toes so my feet dont hit the sides as much^^ I think you can move your feet faster without shoes on them anyway.

I play mostly in DC Shoes(LONG LIVE THE TITANS, 3 YEARS OF HARD SKATING AND STILL GOOD), but I also like to play in classic Converses. My friend bought a $5 pair of aqua socks from Wal-Mart, I tried'em, amazing, if it weren't for my love for DC and Converse, I'd do the same.

at home i wear socks but at the arcade i wear my crappy k-mart five dollar shoes, when i play it hurts my feet for some reason... i need new shoes.

I can't stand playing in shoes... soft pad or hard, I always play in bare feet. ^-^

There are a few exceptions, of course. Like now and then I'll wear my chuck taylors (preferably the purple pair) and while cosplaying (and sometimes on normal days!) my platform loafers.

Playing in platforms is the worst, though. o_O I always get messed up where to step XD
