Water, good old water foutains only a few yards away from the DDR machine. Afterwords in order to fully replenish myself I would drink a powerade or a gatorade. What ever there is in the vending machine.

Nothing is better than water. I keep 3 water bottles ready when I play DDR, usually use up 2 of them.

If at an arcade, I'll drink whatever is available.

Like everyone else has been saying, water. H2O just hits the spot. Soda pop of any kind is no good for me, though. Not that I don't like it, I drink soda with meals all the time, but I found out soda went bad with DDR on a recent trip to a theater. After the movie, I hung out for a while playing DDR. I bought a huge cup of soda, thinking it would be good now, and I could refill the cup later with water. *Bzzzt!* Wrong! All the carbonation in the soda gave me a serious stomachache. x_x Gatorade is good, too, but Gatorade doesn't come out of fountains for free.

Most commonly water, but on occasion I like to drink root beer and play Max 300 (heavy) just to see if I can make it through the song without anything coming back up because of the carbonation.

......what you mean you guys don't do that.....?

I drink water. Sometimes Mountain Dew if I am i the arcade. Water is better though.
