I just wanted to know if anyone has both of these and if so could you tell me if the pad cover is compatible with the 2.0 becuase it's not exactly flat. It has the raised buttons so I don't know...Thanks in advance.

It'll work but the raised arrow feel may not be as notable as it w/o the cover.

It's supposed to work, but I've found that it doesn't stick to the pad very well at all.

Thats what I did with my first ddr pad. (same exact situation) just don't slide your feet too much and you'll be ok. (you gotta keep adjusting it after songs and in Nonstop and Oni that can be a pain)
