how far away is your closest DDR machine?

im just asking this because i realize alot of ppl in the middle areas of the US drive a few hours just to get to what they consider their LOCAL arcade.
My closest arcade is about a mile away, i can just jog there.

anyway, just wanna see how far you all go

I live in Smyrna DE, closest DDR machine is in Dover DE... From my house, it's a 15 minute drive, prolly 15-20 miles away.

The next closest machines are about an hour away, up in Wilmington... Way to far for me to go.

My usual one is roughly three miles away, or five/ten minutes in the car. However, since I can't drive, I take the bus - and I can usually get there within half an hour.

Interestingly enough, the one I don't go to but that is a little closer, takes an hour and a half on the metro, despite being about half a mile closer.

I live in NJ, and the one I mainly go to is Willowbrook and it's about 1/2 hour from me. I recently was at Rockaway for the first time and found out that it has a DDR machine, too, and it's about 20-25 minutes from me.

But since I can't drive [I'm 15] I dont really go much. -_-

I live less than 5 minutes (walking) from an Extreme and a 4th Mix Plus.
However, I am moving away in a couple of weeks, so I'll have to get used to having to travel to play DDR.

I live a good 15 minutes away from the arcade with Extreme. My boyfriend drives us there. The bowling alley however is 2 minutes away but their machine sucks so i dont go there to play.

But this is a new development. Where I used to live, the nearest machine was a 40 minute drive... but right b4 we moved a new machine sprang up just 20 minutes away... much more accesible for a 16 year old with plenty of driving (and dancing) friends. Damn the timing... but hey, now I can ride my bike to the machine! If only I'd ever have the energy to make it back after a long dancing session...

But if I want to play at an Arcade its 5 mins walk to one or 5 min drive to the ones near my workplace.

The closest DDR machine to my house is at a movie theater 10 minutes drive away. And the closest arcade is about 15 minutes drive away.

Closet ddr machine is 8 miles.second closet is 11 miles.Furthest DDR machine I've played on was in alaska.

Here in Wilmington (NC) there are three Extremes all within about 3 miles of eachother.

The normal arcade I go to (Putt-Putt) is about 5 minutes away from my house. From there you can go right, and with almost no traffic make it to the mall in about 2 minutes. Or you can go left and make it to Jungle Rapids in about 5 minutes. They're all in good shape, it's just personal preferance and how much you would like to spend.

I live in Charlottesville, VA, and the closest machine (accordint to DDR Freak) is about an hour and a half away, but I've never actually gone to one in Virginia. I only got into DDR 2 weeks ago when I was visiting my cousins in Fargo, ND. They have about 4 or 5 machines a couple of minutes away. I'm pretty much home-version only now that I'm back in Virginia.

2 minute walk for me. One of my best friends owns Max2, and he lives in my neighborhood. For arcade, I'd have to drive for about 6-10 minutes.
