ok im 13 5'6 and 214 i wanna lose lots of weight i mean no to 100 lbs but like 180 by september i got the game last nigt and i did it 2 hours im thinkin how long will i have to play a day and what should i have an meals to get to 180 by september?? please help ive tried everything i did treadmill 2 miles a day and it was so boring the good thing about ddr is its fun please give me a good diet idea remember 18- by september 4 |

It's going to be difficult to lose 30 pounds in less than 2 months. The best advice I can give you is to play maniac level songs for about 2 hours a day
Seriously, just use workout mode and set a calorie goal each day. And keep playing until you achieve that goal. You'll need to be doing that like nuts to drop 30-some pounds that quickly. _________________

I'm losing. What I do is just eat less portions. My appetite has shrunk. I am not always craving junk. In fact, I play DDR more than I eat. you'll lose it eventually! _________________
I am broke cause of anime and ddr tokens.... |

I generally play 8 hours a day! try that, If i didn't like buffet so much, i'd probably be a real skinny dude my now. _________________

In addition to a hefty bit of DDR every day, do not eat any candy or drink sodas, or other things that are high in fat. Keep a good healthy diet. Stay away from junk. _________________
Just because it makes sense...does that really make it true? |

i go to workout mode and lose 2000 calories a day.
during this, i drink about half a gallon of water.
if you only eat 3 meals a day, this is my "diet".
1)breakfast-milk shake made of 1 cup milk, half a banana. NO SWEETS!!!
2)lunch-whatever(no big macs with biggie fries tho, thats just dumb)
3)dinner-the actual serving size of cereal which is like one cup
you dont have to follow this exactly, but try to color inside the lines _________________
