I don't drink (a few months underage), and I don't mind when other people play drunk, just so long as they don't bring their drink up there while they're playing.

Last year, during an anime convention, the DDR setup was pretty empty (for good reason: 3 in the morning), and a group of drunk people started playing. By sunrise, the pad was drenched in Smirnoff.

You could play/freestyle while drunk quite easily:

1. Go into edit mode and make a song one long freeze arrow
2. Get pukingly drunk.
3. Play song and collapse on the arrow when it hits.
4. Stay there for the rest of the song, or however long you feel like staying there. If you hit it on a perfect and stay on it then youve just aaa'ed the song.
5. Hear the applause from your surrounding audience.
6. Wake up in hangover and wonder if youve just had sex with a cheap trick named Dave(Pants Pants Prostitution!)

And an alcoholic drink more potent than vodka is really nothing special. Nevermind that the alcohol content of different vodkas can vary significantly depending on the distillation process. Nevermind that just because a drink has a higher alcohol content doesn't affect how you react to the alcohol but just gets you drunk faster.

Also, if you're drunk, playing DDR and still concerned with PA, you need to be beaten.

O ya..my story; Well, I have played drunk before....From what I remember I couldn't muster the skill to pass Take It To The Morning Light on Heavy.....so I would not recommend it, lol
