It all depends. In most states, the best PAers in the state are over 17.. While in Arizona the undisputely 3 best PAers in the state are 12, 14, 15. (not in any certain order) _________________

I'm starting seventh grade this month! It would surprise you what age people who play are. don't put an age group on it. _________________

Please dont bring up year old topics.
Anyway, the average age range in my area is about 14-19, though there some people 12 and younger (like me) that play in my area. Heck, I even know a 9 year old who plays DDR. |

well, i'm 13. most of the guys i play with are 15-18. maybe it'd be best if you took a poll and set up every number between 12-30 and an over under thing, then make the average... simple math _________________

you guys arent giving an average, you're giving a range lol...
the average age of people where i used to play was around 16... some people very young, some around 28
where i play now, the average must be around 18ish, maybe 17, i'm 14 though |

34 here, and I've seen at least one other player in the arcade that's probably around the same age. I've got relatives in their 40's and 50's who play at home for the exercise (still just beginner mode, I think).

Max300 heavy, without using the bar. But I sure as hell can't do it regularly |

Nice job! I wonder if you're the most "senior" member here who's passed a Max. Maybe I'll get there one of these days... for now, the goal I've got in the back of my mind is to be the oldest player who's passed a number of catas equal to their age... but I think unless I learn to play doubles, I'm going to run out of ones I can do |

I'm 26 but I've met a few people that are the same age as I. At least I'm not the exception anymore. At one point I used to think that only kids and teens played DDR, but I turned out to be completely wrong.
So it makes me feel good that I'm not the oldest person that plays.

I would say about 14 to about 21, at least where I play. At least, when I'm there. I've only once played against a guy who looked over 18, but I've seen people who are maybe 25? Seriously, most of the people I see are my age or a little bit older. I have never seen anyone who looked like they're under 10 or over 25-27 ish. But reading all these posts, it looks like this isn't common.
btw D-DREX really awesome signature! Mitch Heidburg rocks!!!!! _________________
