What's on your feet while playing DDR?

I just play in my boots. They're kinda, uh, falling apart, though, so I'll probably have to switch over to my dance shoes eventually, even though they're kinda slippery on the pad sometimes.

Well my sis and I both have the modded basic pads, so we can't be too hard on them. We are average players, so we don't need to worry about wear and tear, so we use socks when we play at home. Of course, at the arcade, we use shoes.

i wear globes they work good but they have alot of grip and the get really hot when i play fast songs.

I play shoeless since I dont have a game of my own and all my friends have the slippery plastic pads. If I'm on the actual machine its my skateboarding shoes. Hurrah for vans!

I play barefooted almost religiously, though sometimes I'll don my chucks if I'm gonna be playing at an arcade for more than 2 hours straight

Well, if I happen to be wearing flipflops and run across a machine, I won't wear shoes. But.. if I'm planning on playing somewhere I'll wear my good ol' Converse All-Stars.

If I'm at home or at a friend's house then I play barefoot.

At arcades I usually just use my regular sneakers.

Although a couple times I didn't know we were going to the arcade until after I'd left the house and I ended up playing in something other than sneakers. The boots were the worst, they hurt like hell.

I go barefoot if i'm playing at home. In the arcades, I wear what I always wear- cheap, generic Wal-Mart shoes.

I play in DCs' skateboarding shoe with gel soles, Those soles are SOOO COMFERTABLE

i used to wear my And 1 basketball shoes untill they finaly gave out while i was playing max 300 heavy and i fell on my buttocks and now i wear a cheap pair of reebok and i think they are the best ever for ddr but they may as well be trash for walking or anything else

I don't even have any running shoes. All I have is a pair of sandals (which I can't play in at all) and a pair of steel toe work boots. I usually play in my boots.
