Py DDR 0.5.8 hangs all the time. XP-PRO . Can't start or after first arrow lineup it exits.

1.01 from their page does nothing and the manual says install python and py game. Both do nothing.

Py game asks for the foler where python is but no mention of PyGame after inbstall.

Am I missing something?

Thanks.

If you are using Win XP like you said, you would probably have a lot more luck with SM. My opinion, mostly because SM has been around and is widely regarded as the best sim, plus most of us here can help you a lot more with SM problems.

If U mean Step Mania. Well then 3.0 Final doesn't work. Not ignoring axseses or something like that. And 3.9 Alpha 20 works, but has a few bugs mapping wise and all.

SM's the more popular sim, not the best, but do take it over PyDDR.

3.0 Final's a piece of poopy; it's got the infamous 0! bug. And the alphas are naturally going to have bugs, since they're works in progress basically.

That doesn't work for some reason with my pad and EMS USB2. Only SM3.9A20 for now for some reason. What's third then?

Well looks like I got 3.0 final to work. Just in "Inout Optrions" say "Ignore Joy Axes" to "OFF". And then map the things on the pad in "Joy/Key Config".
