|
|
I bought one about a week or so ago and it seems that my right and up arrows have been acting up. The sensors move around and go towards the middle of the pad and sometime they don't work at all. It was fine when I first started playing on it, this happened overtime during the week. I only play on light and standard so I don't think I wore it out with anthing. But is there any suggestions? Should I take it back and get a new one or get a different one??
Thanks for the help. _________________

Take it back and get a new one. I dunno, but it's a pretty big given that if something doesn't work, you need to return it. If you think about it, if their pads did this all the time, they wouldn't have such a good rep. and have so many crappy rippoffs if the pads were that bad. _________________

there is usually a 60 day warranty on the pads, so if you take it back to them and explain your problem, they may give you a refund or restore your pad. another thing, have you just started DDR? new people tend to stomp on the arrows and they break very easily. i have a technique which gets the arrows back in place and makes the pad work better. heres how:
1. take the pad and shake it in the air. change sides and shake it on every side.
2. start with one arrow, and push on the edges of the pad to make the arrow poof up a bit. repeat with all arrows.
3. put your hand under the arrow and bent the arrow upwards so it is kind of poofed up. now yur ready to go again!
if you have any questions or are confused about the directions i gave, send me an e-mail at [email protected] |

also the batteries might need changing. but that doesnt affect the sensors sliding to the middle |

Look in the DDR Consoles forum, then post there if your question hasn't been answered. _________________
