Which Max is the hardest?

LoM of the way. As for the freezes in MaxX. Just pretend they aren';t there. THe song goes by so fast that they are rarely an issue. Play it like they aren't freezes and you should be fine.

And as for MaxX Ressurection, I've got a friend who out of all the max songs, has only passed that on on his pad. kidna a freak if ya ask me

Personally, LOM and Maxx are equally hard for me, since i cant pass them. LOM has the unrelenting speed, and Maxx has those funky jump sequences. Not sure if everyone is like this, but maxx tires me way out, more than LoM or 300 by far.
(And Max 300 is just easy, the runs are simple..only part i cant do is the triplets at the end

oh no, don't get me wrong, i've seen the second half and i agree that it's much harder than the first (the main problem with LoM in general is speed, imo) - but I don't think I can even make it as far as 5 seconds before the freeze in Maxx (I guess i'm not that great a tech player). I dunno. I guess I shouldn't talk until I beat both songs (ha, we should be prepared to wait something like forever)

I think the difficulty hierarchy between Maxx and Legend are debatable. Personally, I have a lot more trouble with Legend's speed than with Maxx's chaos. I can A Maxx constantly, but I'm often lucky if I can even beat Legend. Just me, though.

Never played Legends of Maxx
Played Max 300 and Maxx Unlimited
I say Max Unlimited is harder, but that could be because my friend has max2, and I don't, whereas we both have ddrmax, so I practice Max 300 at home whereas I am cut off of Maxx Unlimited unless I go to his house.

It's friggen hard for me. x_x;

get a A on Maxx.......but fail legend........very odd to me......but uh yeah, i can almost FC max 300 just because it is nothing but Runs,I can beat the Maxx EX but not the legend of max one......and i usually get a C on legend .....and ive only played MAX period once and well i beat it first try.....you just gotta get the basic outline of the runs at the end.

Those are all the same to me.....

i think maxx unlimited is the hardest one and legend is just faster than maxx unlimited

I think Maxx Unlimited is the easiest. There are no real tiring runs until the end, and there are more rest spots, such as the gallops. I can get an A on that song without the bar, maybe a AA if I dedicated myself while using the bar. Max300, it's straight up runs and triples, and is one of the few songs that I need to use the bar on some parts of the song to be able to pass it.

Legend of Max, if it was the same speed as Maxx Unlimited, I'd find it to be the easiest, but the speed is what makes it the hardest one, in my opinion. max.(period), I don't even count it, because of its stupidity.

So, if I were to rate them from hardest to easiest..

Legend of Max
Max300
Maxx Unlimited

I thinks its a draw between Maxx Unlimited and LoM and the second half
of both those songs are hard and tricky.Last but not least max300 there just runs.The only tricky part of max300 are the triplets at the end.

But PSMO is HARDEST of them all.

3.max.(period)
4.max300

max(period) is really easy, after you play it on dwi for a couple of rounds.

MaxX and Max 300 are easy on Ignition Pads. Stomping to the beat on heavier (metal) pads wears you out, much quicker.

I'd say 300 actually, but I've only played 300 and MaxX. It's just so much more tiring to me. It only has that freeze, while MaxX has those slower easier parts, and all the Stream in 300 is much harder than the technical stuff in MaxX.

its about time someone mention max.(period) in terms of speed because i ve never played max period. In my opinion the hardest is max period followed by legend of max maxx unlimited and max 300. and thanks for listening to the short one name Nikki aka NDDRMANIAC

I think MaxX Unlimited is the hardest of the 'existing in America' Max series, but maybe that's just because I have a lot of trouble with 300-320 BPM air runs...or just air runs in general.

Legend of Max is the second hardest, seeing as it keeps a near constant speed that's faster than Unlimited, and there's still some deadly air runs strewn throughout the song.

Max 300 might be the easiest, but it's still a tough song. Unrelenting stream, a speed that hadn't been seen until DDRMAX, and those notorious triplets at the end...
