is http://www.ddrfreak.com/versions/search.php going to be fixed at some point? the Submit button just sends me the same form back, without any results.

I can do what I want (getting the artist name for a song based on the song name) by going through the step chart page, but it would be much quicker if I could use the search page or if there were simply a "Master song list" page that had everything from all mixes.

(I don't know PHP exactly, but if you need someone to hack on the code for this, I'm sure I could use my existing Perl skills and pick it up as I go along...)

Can you give me an example of what you're trying to do, so I know what's broken?

I just searched for a song with "love" and it gave me a list, with artist names, so that seems to be working.

Also, there's a google search on the front page that might be useful as well.

Ok, it must just be me...

1. Go to the page
2. Type in "love" in song title field
3. Click submit query

Expected result: what you got. A bunch of songs.
Actual Result: I get the same search page back, with the form still filled out.

Browser: Mozilla Firefox 0.8, Linux

Any ideas?

I went to search page, typed in "love" and nothing else, clicked submit.

Went right back to the form with no results.

Firefox 0.9, Win XP Home.

Did the same thing with IE (version... 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920) and it worked.

Sooooo yeah. Looks like it's Firefox.

Bleh. Does anyone know why? I can provide a packet dump if someone could use it, but I don't have IE nor could do a packet dump on a Windows box.

I just tried it in Firefox and it didn't work for me. Cool. I'll be able to work on it then. I have a feeling it's because the tags are laid out incorrectly.
