How long did it take you to get your first Heavy?

I'm wondering, How long did it take you to pass your first heavy, Which song was it, and which song on Heavy did you A first.

I'm very curious. It took me a month and a half to pass Tsugaru (my fav song). Tsugaru was also my first Ace on heavy after 2 and a half months.

Hmmm my first Heavy...Well actualy it was my first Maniac because all I had was DDR Konamix. It took me about 2 months to get it and it was on B4U.

Took me about 2 1/2 months to pass Days Go By, and I think my first A was Destiny... i think... i don't really remember. My memory is really bad.

I got my first two Heavies on the same day, about...a month and a half after I really started playing seriously. Then, I got four more three days later.

my first took me about a week, which was Trip machine luv mix. yeah, it was a week. but i nearly mastered Pump it Up before that, so thats pretty cheap. otherwise, probably about a month and a half to do a moderately hard song (equilvant to moderate heavy, around 7-8 feet id say) but i played about 3 hours a day =/

it was days go by. i was one of those people who were afraid to go onto different difficulties, but i finally worked myself up and did it. i went back to standard, because i was'nt convinced that i was good for heavy still. but then i was playing random difficulty on endless mode, and i passed bad routine, and that convinced me that i was good enough for heavy. so i like to say that my first heavy was bad routine, but it's really days go by.

I think it was 3 months back in the days of 3rd mix. I only played on weekends, too. so technically, my first heavy song wasn't called heavy. it was SSR. and my first SSR song was Ba Kkwo.

Since I never played DDR on a frequent basis, it took me quite a while to pass a heavy/maniac song... well over a year, to be honest. The song was "Make Your Move" on Konamix.

My 1st "Heavy" Single was WAY back when we had a 3rd Mix Korean v.2. It was SHOCK SSR with Vivid. I think it was 2~3 months after playing on that machine (not counting the scant times I played on the Dreamcast 2nd & Club Mix a year before). My 1st "Heavy" Doubles? I don't remember the song, but it was when we got 5th Mix. God, I wish I knew, because it was some 7 or 8 footer, and it was after my 1st Cata--Lupin the 3rd '78. Ah, back in the days when only 4 people played Doubles at our machine.

About a month for single and i think it was Let's Get Down then Sky High soon after. Think it took a bit longer for double...can't remember i didn't play it hard as much as single but first song was Butterfly followed by Sky High and Lets Get Down.

I cant play sings like Tsugaru on heavy. its too hard to do those steps.

i only can do standard though on that song. some how i got C on hvy mode.

Once I started actually playing on a regular basis, it took me about three months to get the guts up to do my first heavy, which was .59. Can't really remember much after that, actually.

It took me 3 months, mostly because I was so out of shape. It was on a 3rd Mix and the song Head by Team. Or was it Team by Head?

This is an interesting question. It actually took me like 1-2 years before I started playing heavy. The song was Kick the Can in the 4th Mix, but that was way back. Back when it was called Maniac or SSR. My first ever A on a heavy song was Love Shine on an Extreme.
