Something really funny (At least to me).

Before I played DDR in front of the whole school, this one day, my chorus teacher told us we had to do an in class perfomence dealing with music. So what do me and my firend do? Bring DDR and play it all period. During this period, me and my friend played DDR and let a few other kids play. None of them could complete a song. Finally, we just said: "All of you work together on one song and see if you can complete it," So it took almost all of them (About 13 people) to complet a two footer and get a D. They are now saying it's the Gayest thing they've ever seen. Does this show the stupidity of the people that live around me?

I agree with lithium. I hate people who will give up on something just because they cannot do it. It is the mind of one that is ignorant. But in this case, i would consider them more like brats.

It's weird...people at my school don't really seem to care...I mean, sure, they think I'm a dork because I play, but then again, I AM a dork, so....

I have met some people who just absolutely hate the game, because they didn't have the self-confidence it takes to play the game and like it. They played it, did badly, felt stupid, and started hating it.

I think the reason that most people don't like it is either they failed on their first try. or saw others do really badly and pictured themselves in that person's place. THey think they're gonna look like an idiot (i mean moving back and forth on a metal pad) . But the thing with games like this is not so that others will lok at you in awe but to have fun yourself. I think everyone here would agree that they have fun while playing DDR correct? well i guess they think its not fun and don't even try the game. you know the old saying, "Don't judge a book by its cover"? Its more of a risk thing and they're not willing to take a risk. BUT thats just what I think
