the only time i really feel physically drained from DDR is when I first started playing heavy... *6 hours a day, 7 days a week* after the first couple weeks, i couldn't move my legs very fast at all. Now i still play 6 hours a day, but it doesn't effect me very much.

There are only two negative side effects I've experienced:

1) 2 in-grown toe-nails disgust.gif They went away on their own after a few months. E1.gif
2) Eating a foot long subway and then playing Legend Of Max(not a good idea) goog.gif

It kinda hurts right below my calf on the inside of both legs sometimes, to the extent I can't do well on Heaven Hvy E2.gif. But I think it could be from all the conditioning we do in football, though.

I have never gotten sick from it! love.gif

Well, in my area, some of us have what we call the Curse of MAX 300. After the first time someone beats MAX 300, they'll get sick.

The first time I beat it, I was so sick that I was bedridden for three weeks and had to miss school the whole time. A friend of mine beat it for the first time, and he threw up seven times later that night. In the case of another friend of mine, the curse seems to attack preemptively. Any time she even thinks of beating MAX 300, she'll become almost fatally ill, but we think that one's a coincidence.

now what difficulty are we talkin' here? if it's heavy, yeah. i can understand.

Yes, it's Heavy. Boy, would we be in a rut if it was anything less.
