After playing DDR for a year, i'm at the point where Singles is geting more and more boring, and I started playing doubles recently. I'm looking for some fun songs to play on Standard/Heavy in Doubles mode... Any ideas?

For Standard, I used to play the original Burnin' The Floor. When I want a relaxing Heavy song, I play JaneJana or INSERTiON. When I just want to go wild on Heavy, I pick CSFIL (SM), PARANOiA EVOLUTION, or End of the Century.

Ninzaburo / Furuhata's Theme doubles. Very hard stream if you're not used to it.
I truly enjoy Twilight Zone and Tsugaru (original).
Sync (oni) has fun pivoting.
The Least 100 Seconds is probably the song most deserving of 10 foot steps that didn't get them (It's rated an EIGHT). Be wary of it.
I like Paranoia Survivor, but that's just me. Many people I know hate it's double's heavy steps.

Hope you enjoy the steps.

Fun doubles steps you ask? happy.gif

Candy Unlimited (has the most fun jump sequence), Exotic Ethnic, Jane Jana, Telephone Operator, CSFILSM, Ecstasy, blegh, there's a lot more.

Doubles is soo much more fun than singles. Everyone should try.

Holic is the funnest song ever on doubles! Paranoia KCET and Frozen Ray are both really fun too (especially Frozen Ray with its triplet 8th step greatness).

"Pittit love" (5th Mix) and "Cow Girl" bothe have gallops in them but i would go with "Have you never been mellow" trick/standard walking around the stage in figure 8's is funny... well to me. Silent Hill standard should be given a shot... I mean try.

Jane Jana Heavy is great once you learn the turns you need to do.
Holic is great.
Silent Hill (original) is pretty fun too.
My Sweet Darlin'
and for a nasty surprise try Heaven is a 57 Metallic Gray. Single is fun but Double is just ouch!

Jane Jana is a very fun song on heavy doubles
Matsuri Japan is fun on heavy also if you can do it, especially the end with the gallops
La Copa De La Vida and We Are the Champions are easy, fun songs on heavy
Sana Mollete Ne Ente on standard
Some Where Over the Rainbow is a lot of fun on heavy, as long as you can actually pass it
Holic is the most fun song on heavy that i can think of
Sakura on standard is fun, but make sure you don't fall on the pads like i did disgust.gif ....twice.....

I don't care what people say about this, but Jam Jam Reggae on Heavy is funny as hell. The only hard part about it is that you do a couple steps and then you have to launch yourself to the other pad to nail a jump....and then do it again.
This is one of the few double-heavy songs I know that spinning in circles actually helps you out....the spins are mostly in the beginning, but it helps tremendously.

Holic is fun....if you can do Holic, you can do Matsuri Japan.

Telephone Operator, yes. Especially the part at the end where you have to stay on the freeze on Pad 1 RIGHT and constantly hit Pad 1 DOWN and Pad 2 LEFT. If you don't pisition yourself right for it, it's hell.

Legend Of Max Standard is great for double speed reading.

Ska A Go Go Light (Little) has one of the BIGGEST gaps I have ever seen:
P1 Left left left, P1 Right right right, P2 Left left left, P2 Right right right.
Then you get a good approximately 15 second gap.....and that's the VERY BEGINNING.

CSFILSM Heavy SUCKS! You have to play that one several times to get it down.
And Daikenkai Heavy sucks as well. That song is unruly.

that song is fun. but yeah, that launching across the pad thing is so hard because I'm so short.

Jane Jana heavy (like everybody's been saying) is a great one to do on doubles.
a lot of the 4th and 5th mix stuff is really good.
if you're not too good yet, try I Do I Do I Do on heavy.

I'm gonna say it to.. Jane Jana, passable song without knowing how to cross the pad real well but once you can it makes it really fun.

5.1.1 teaches how to go across the pad with easy steps except the very end, the last 5 seconds or so can drop your orange line to a fail so gotta be careful.
