I was wondering if anyone knows (or can find out) if you can use an adapter that's designed to work with one pad with a multi-tap in order to use two pads (for versus or doubles). I have the adapter that came with my BNS XTreme and I'm using Joy2Key like in the setup FAQ.

from what I've read, it isn't possible to use a multitap with the vast majority of adapters out there. I for one have never heard of an adapter that could support the hardware in a multitap.

your best bet is to either get another single player usb adapter, or if you are strapped for usb ports, get a super joy box dual adapter. works just fine for me and I've seen it on ebay for less than 15 dollars including shipping. just make absolutely certain that it isn't a knock-off if you opt for ebay.
