When you set up your DDR stuff right outside your house (TV, PS2, mats) to show off and offer other people opportunities to try it. (I am actually rather guilty of this, several times over. It works, too.)

When you surf this website...while at work. (Guilty again)

When you post to this website...while at work. (Guilty, as we speak)

If your free time is spent trying to figure out how to manipulate your feet properly to get through a difficult stream in a hard song.

If, while sitting down to eat, you move/tap your feet to a DDR song you're thinking about.

You know you're a freak when something like this happens.

I was at my friend's house, it was her birthday. And i over ate on cake, lamune and other not DDR-motion friendly food. So i'm fizzing like crazy, and the birthday girl sticks her head outside and says "do you want to play?" And, even after "rejecting", you go up and do So Deep Hvy. then fall over cuz the carbonated water has gone in your nose... (and you're still eating)...

That may have been too specific, but i happened to me today...
