Did you know? A few months ago, the DDR-community got the official message: DDR is now a sport! That means that there actually is a chance that someone might show up on tourneys to drug-test us! No coffee before tourneys anymore!

yay! I feel special because I'm going to be one of the 20 people who will start the world's first official DDR sports club! go us! Many interesting replies, especially the one with "why Norway of all places" or something! lol! We aren't very many registrated players in Norway, only about 250 I think, but still we're the first country to make it a sport! We only have Em2 and one Extreme machine here, though... Wish we'd had other mixes as well!

Shen! I dont oppose what youre trying to do but you are not a mod!~ Hence... it would be very important that you minimize the amount of posts that direct topics. I mean... most of the posts you send are always correcting a perdsons topic. You really should quit it.. its getting anoying.

Oh... and that is some Awesome norway news. EXPEDIA... HERE I COME!!!

Hey, hey, now... I don't see why you're mad at Shen... he replied (really really nicely) and showed the original poster where the original topic was. He was helpful, wasn't an ass about it, and did show where more information was to be found...

I agree with ninjafetus. If anyone should be chastised, it should be Marilla for posting about OLD news.

Now I hope this won't be considered as a flame or flamebait, this is only my input on the matter, for I've once been told off by this very same person. So here goes...

Neemo, may I ask if you are a mod, too? I remember you doing the same thing to me when I simply asked a mod if I was right about a rule... If you wanna talk about annoyance, I'd suggest you take a step back and look at how you react whenever someone does something a mod can do. You'll see that you're no better than us people who try to help, and that you stand no ground telling people how to act, or telling them if they are annoying, for that matter...

Back on topic... I remember the big debate that topic brought. However, I do wonder why that topic was brought back up anyways. It's been discussed and argued over and over again... disturb.gif

I am really surprised that many people react negative to this! I'm not sure wether I agree that DDR should be a sport or not, but now it happens to be, so I go with that. Maybe people will stop laughing so hard of it....

Calm down folks.

Most of us moderators aren't ones to jump down anyones neck because they helped us out. Nothing was meant in harm here, it seems.

But we have had a nice long discussion about this topic before at the link.
