I don't know if you're joking or not, but overweight people do lose weight from DDR, like SaeNoDa, (lost 95 pounds from DDR) and Matt Keene, who lost about 150 pounds from DDR.

What about Mr. Wendall? That kid was pretty chubby in the videos I saw a few years back, but you would think with all the physical activity the weight would be coming off.
Any update would be sweet! |

400lbs now im only 210. not from just ddr, from lifting weight, running, ddr... drink water w/e and eat healthy. right now i miss junk food but i will get over it. also if u dont believe me i will then can my fat pix on my website and u will see another pix of me there which is pix of me skinny. just look at my signaure soon....

Go for it man! I love seeing before and after pics of people who have lost a considerable weight.
