2 weeks ago, I passed Max 300 for the first time ever. Since then, I failed a few times and passed a second time.

Since the second time I passed, I've lost 10 lbs of muscle in the 5 following days. I think my diet is not nutritious enough for playing the Maxes.

Has this ever happened to anyone?

I'm so weak now, I can't even get to the freeze in Max 300 anymore.
Of course, passing just about any other song less than a nine footer is easy, but it's just songs that require strength that I'm too weak to do now.

Does anyone take "extra" meals so as not to lose weight?

If I'm this screwed up over Max 300, what happens when my new target becomes Paranoia Survivor?? I'm going to become bones.

Paranoia Survivor is about the same sort of toughness to pass like Max300 is. Paranoia Survivor Max is much tougher though, because of the relentless end run- of- hell.

Anyways, I know how you feel, and thats just some of the side effects of playing ddr hardcore... Now you know why people call this game the ultimate weight loss diet. If you want to keep your weight up, do what I do, and keep eating Micky D's or snacks like Doritos to maintain a healthy 120+... (well, Im 5'6, so thats healthy I s'pose for me.)

Make sure you eat alot of food that can replenish you and drink water..playing the harder songs is like a hard workout at first, and you MUST refuel your body with carbs, protein, water, whatever or else you'll just feel like utter crap.

If you're losing muscle mass, work out to regain it, along with a high protein diet.

If you're losing fat, who cares? And if you lose that much, eat some chips and drink some soda or something.

I dont really understand this sentence. If your playing 9+, then you should get muscle, not loose it. Anyway, just keep some energy bars, and perhaps a food pyramid if you need enough.
