metal pad

is the metal pad for 90 actually worth it, will it break or not work, is it like the real arcade version, it says it is 44 lbs

Well it isnt like the arcade version, those are hundreds of pounds (200 i think). I would recommend getting a cobalt flux if you have the money.

Cobalt Flux's are expensive, but nearly inestructable, perfectly accurate, and easy to maintain. Your choice, if youre just beginning stick with soft pads on hard bases, but if you really getting into PA and Oni mode, go for a CF.
