I already know the the Mad Catz Beat Pad Pro doesn't work... disgust.gif
Are there any other pads that don't?

(If this has been answered already, please don't kill me...)

They all work... Every type of pad that works with DDR is compatible with EMS USB 2.0

I don't think Cobalt Flux pads are compatible, but I am pretty sure any BNS or RedOctane pad works with EMS 2.0.

I'll test out my new BNS pad to see if it does work.

I know that the Cobalt Flux V1's work, because I own one and it works. I think it's the V2's that have trouble.
I know that the Mad Catz Beat Pad Pro doesn't work because I own one and I had asked about it and was told that it was one of the few pads that DIDN'T work.

I'm curious about it because I want another soft pad so I can play doubles with Stepmania, and I don't want to end up with another pad that doesn't work with the PC.

The Naki Dance Pad Revolution doesn't work. Tried it myself.
Now I have an EMS USB and no pad to use it with, as my madcatz pad broke.

So if I buy an EMS adaptor (or any suitable one), my MC Beat Pad Pro won't work?

That's the information I was looking for ... No one told me that in my thread devil.gif

Anyway, I think I may try it with another adaptor to make sure. I also emailed Mad Catz tech support, and see what they have to say about this.

I have Cobalt Flux (V2) and an EMS2 USB but I haven't gotten them hooked together yet (haven't tried yet)

I haven't gotten ANYTHING to work with the Cobalt Fluxes yet, including a simple 3 foot extension cable (screwed up the timing).

It is very frustrating! They work fantastic with the PS2 though!

Try testing some out yourself.

If it doesn't work, trash it.

If it does, keep it.
