*...after playing for a month, research the net and buy the most expensive home pads. (Cobalt Flux doubles pack)

*...you play an hour a day, wonder why your knees hurt (duh!), and whether you could still DDR if you had replacement surgery.

*...you keep telling yourself, "It's just a good way to workout and stay in shape." But you keep going until your legs won't move anymore.

*...you don't understand why other adults don't know anything about DDR, and look at you funny when you describe it with a little too much enthusiasm.

*...you go for a health screening at the hospital and after looking at your results tell you your body fat is in the athlete range and you should eat more. (What??!!!!)(former couch potato for all of my 47 years)

Funny story, also: the first time I played doubles was by accident. A couple of newbies were trying to play versus, and accidently put it on doubles! They were failing miserably, so I kindly jumped on the pad...s... and saved them from failing. Then I explained to them what doubles was about, and let them try the next song; they still failed miserably. Oh well.

Anyway, I felt like a total n00b, jumping around on both pads, looking like a complete idiot, 'cuz I didn't know what I was doing...
