(I know most discussion is done in the sticky posts but this fits none.)

Are the Vortz hard pads any good?

Is it worth the extra money to get them over the regular Vortz pads?

And what are they made out of?

oh hell don't even buy them at all. they are made of plastic and they break easily in like a few days.

On another note. Hard Pads were the original 'built to withstand force!' mats of DDR CS. Problem is, they're either: Loud, hard to press, or weak.
