This is the show/movie that the theme is from. Someone awhile back posted another link (or maybe it was this one) and it had a "making of" movie on it that contained the original theme in the background.

Dance Maniax 2nd Mix has a "Rhythm and Police," and I'm guessing it's the original version.

| personally i think rythm and police on ddr max is one of the best songs as long as one of my favorites and dont wanna hear the origional in fear of it ruining the new mix for me |

The one on Dancemaniax is a remix also, someone did post something like a trailer for that movie and they used the R&P song, I tried to find it on your link Spike, but I know no Japanese and it's like not navigable at all

I have gone 10 days without playing DDR and i am feeling very gittery... i have no girlfriend anymore so theres nothing taking up my mind but DDR! I want to play it! And to ease my mind last night i learnt the lyrics to Rhythmn and Police. The rapping is kinda bad but who cares, it my favorite song/steps in DDR!
