What's on your feet while playing DDR?

I play in my Vans with the waffle grip outside of my house. When I'm playing at home I wear socks I got from the hospital with the grips on the bottom to prevent me from slipping.

I have skater type shoes and i dont like when i play. It seems as they are sucked off my feet when i'm playing faster stuff.

Chuck taylors all the way, the grip well, last forever, but if you are going for comfort you must *love* your all stars to play for a long time. You need to have narrow feet also.

But if i don't play in those, i play in vans slip ons.

i wear skater shoes, vans in particular, juss cuz they're comfortable to play in... my friend jacob though, plays in converse and pointed out that since converse are so light, it's very little weight added to your feet when you play.. (old school converse... not the new kind)

At the arcade, I wear my normal New Balance shoes and at home, I wear socks or the skin on my feet.

I either wear Chuck Taylor Converse, or Kenny Anderson adios....mainly because those are the only shoes i have...but there still kick buttocks!

i play shoe less when the club meets at school every tuesday at the arcade i used to play inmy old walmart shoes buyt i just bought new nikes so ill see how they work but im just starting to play so i have time to figure out what shoes to play in

I go with whatever I have on at that time...at home barefoot. I once tried playing when i had dress shoes on for a concert at a mall..doesn't feel too good. Socks are no good either

when I'm at home on my pad I play barefoot, and when I go to the arcade I play in my Nikes or barefoot if I'm dumb enough to wear sandals that will fly off while playing...

I don't wear anything on my feet while I play DDR. I could get some bad calluses(I think that's how you spell it x_X) on my feet, but I just don't like playing with my shoes on.

Seen some bad stuff happen at the arcades with people who go shoeless. . Anyway's, normally at home on my soft Ignition I'll go with just socks, since I like having not that much friction on my feet. On the hard Metal red octane one, I use my crappy Emerica Miners. Then at the arcade's, normally my Adio Bams, Andersons, or Vans Tags, but I need something with a little more support and maybe some padding. I've played in the original Converse High Cut, and a pair of Rowley Originals, but they got no support or confiness to them at all. Step on those little bolts in the wrong spots and you'r in for a great deal on Samrting throught the songs.

i just bought a pair of "lilu" shoes. i know the company is most known for making perfume that they sell at pacsun. anyways, they're basically skateboarding style shoes, just less bulky, which is nice.

at home i play with socks so my feet wont stick to the pad...less friction....i havent figured wut is best for playin at an arcade yet, but all i know is that i can do heavy on almost all the songs at home, but i totally suck at the arcades....

at the arcades i play in my nike airforces but they weigh me down big time and my legs cramp up like they are about to fall off...i play better with my diesel sneakers which are very light and have a lot of grip...

i think i need to try a pair of split-sole dance shoes tho, because those should feel like u have almost nothing on ur feet....hmm..maybe not enough grip and it could make u slip tho..-=T
