I have no clue if anyone made a DWI for the "All Your Base Are Belong To Us" song, so I took it upon myself to make one. My friend edited the song to shrink its length to 1:43, which fits in the standard DDR song timeframe.

That's my first DWI File I've made. I need to re-edit the Light, Standard and Heavy steps, since they've been made with Dancing Monkeys. I used that in order to get the timings issues out of the way. However, I added Beginners (highly inspired from the light steps) and Oni (which I made myself from the Heavy steps).

Edition on the Light/Standard/Heavy steps will happen whenever I have time, for I don't want to just let them be randomly-generated steps. I wanna give em my small touch, just like I did with the Oni.

You can find the dwi on my blog (http://www.bpm-faction.org/mart/).

Please feel free to comment.

PS: If there's a special thread for those, please do tell, for I didn't see it anywhere. Thanks in advance.

1) I didn't like that I had enough time to go get a drink during the freeze at the beginning E15.gif .

2) It seemed like it was really unnecessarily difficult...not that it was particularly difficult, just that I felt like the steps were stretched just so it could be rated a 10 (which I don't actually think it should be). As a result of this, a lot of the steps really didn't seem to follow the music.

Not a bad first run, but I would say avoid the automatic impulse to make the DWI harder than actually fits.

Well, just use the tick to listen to what the intended result was... you'll understand what I was trying to pull out.

Right now, I'm working on getting the various AYB images in the DWI as well.

Dancing Monkeys? Is that a new step editor? I kept trying to use Xstep but DWI would crash (because it sucks!) and it was pretty much hopeless. How does Dancing Monkeys work?

Really, this should go into the "Get your .dwi/.sm here" sticky, hence the lock.

I've got an all your base file somewhere. I can't remember who it was by (my head says Taren but I can't remember) but it was neat.
