Wtf, I am a guy, and I pick Love Love Shine. I love that song, its fun to play because of all the air.

As fro the "White people who are good at DDR are wapanese otakus." MOST of them are. There are a few exceptions, but most of them are.

I think the people that bother me the most, are the ones that stomp as hard as they can on the machine, even if its heavy songs, and they are SO off rhythm that it makes you want to stab your ears out. The people who pull their knees up to their chest and slam down on the pad.

Some people at some machines can't get the arrows well because of the machine. I have one machine near me that you almost have to bash the arrows as hard as you can in order for it to even register. If it's a machine that machine works fine then it's kind of annoying if they do it non-stop. I find it pretty excusable if they happen to hit the arrows hard maybe once or twice in a song.

Well, I've got one that, I assume, many people had to deal with when they were starting Trick: getting your butt laughed at by "end Trick ~ get acquainted to Maniac" players (the level at which I am now, minus the "holier than thou" attitude). It happened when I first passed MaxX on light. After I did it, they were clapping (in a sarcastic manner), and laughed at me (only to fail Captain Jack Trick... way to go guys, spit in the air, it falls right back in your face!). Now these are really annoying. Even more than the whole "omfg-i-ken-pwn-maxxxx-300-unlmd-lgnd-period-neo-grandma-leet-n-j00-kent-kuz-u-suk" crew, because most of the time, you don't even need to beat them at DDR to make them look ridiculous.


Aside from that, all that was mentionned is of minor annoyance to me. Hell, I even got that damn puck from the air hockey table shot in my legs and it didn't stop me. So if you learn to brush it off, you can go just fine with any of those annoyances.

Anywho.. not too many things bother me. I can only remember about three things no wait... make that four on a girl basis.

1. Close to the old lady comment... I don't mind most older people asking because they're curious. But I can remember on Tuesday there was this woman who had the most god awful annoying voice and she just didn't shut up and then she continued to tell me and a friend about why she couldn't do it because of swollen legs.

2. Kids. I don't necessarily mind the little kids, but more or less the fact that the parents can't watch their kids. I've also found this applies to teenagers because I was doing double pad once and a girl I believe of like high school age proceeded to jump on the other side. Yeah I was not amused.

3. People who stand directly behind the DDR machine and don't shut the heck up...

4. Perverts. Guys who stand directly behind my rear end for whatever perverted reason that go that goes hrough their nasty little heads.

my hate list:

1) 4-year-olds who steal your tokens off the machine and people who don't obey or know the idea of 'turns'.

2) 4-year-olds who walk up on the platform while you're playing doubles. this causes me to step on the little bastards because their parents aren't watching, which causes the parent crew to fetch their crying kid and yell at me, proceeding my turn to them, with no sympathy or appologetic nature, and telling them that it's not my responsibility for them getting hurt, it's theirs, where i then ignore them complaining further. last i checked, i didn't have kids to watch for stepping on, and if i ever do, i'll watch them!

3) what about the bratty spoiled arcade owner's (or manager's) 7-year-old kid who plays light, who picks the same damn song 3+ times in a row, always picks the same annoying non-stop course (one of those ones with all the heart songs) and watches you play thinking you're awsome who hangs out with you any time you're in the proximity of the arcade talking to you thinking you really want to listen, but you politely smile and nod to? did i mention he lives at the arcade?

4) people who ask how i'm playing this game, especially *while* i'm playing. i made a sign now, and i put this sign next to the machine when i play. i just point at the sign now.

5) people with a *simple* routine. all people play around my area are saints go marching, rhythm & police, drop out, and holic. i have 20 songs i like to play, but i mostly do oni courses and 'random'. the machines have 50+ songs (usually) for a reason......

other complaints are minimal and are usually non-recurring. comments?

1. Little girls who come up and start to hit arrows while your playing. Early while I was playing Paranoia Rebirth, this 4 year old started hit the left button while I was playing (when I was full comboing it too) and then I just stomped the living hell on the pad while she held it down. At least it got her away. And at least my stomp didn't break the arrow nor damage it

2. Older people who smoke tea bags and while your playing just come up to you and push you against the machine.

3. Shadowers. 'Nuff said.

4. Little kids who come up and say "Do Crash/We Will Rock You/Any other stupid noob song!"

5. People who think they are 73(-) 1337 |)33|33R PL4Y3R when they can't pass Max300 Light.

6. People who kill songs. My brother thinks only these 5 songs exist:

Sounds like you guys just hate noobs. Guess I'm not the best guy to talk to here, then.

I didn't know that thing about the token on the machine. I'm not exactly clear on what that means, though, could I get more detail from someone?

I hate:

1- "AWESOME" players who come up and start going "AW, YOU SUCK" when I have a 3/4 dance meter on a Standard song

2- People who piss and moan about pads slipping, then go "OH NO THOSE ARE TOO EXPENSIVE!!11oneone!!" when you suggest they go get an Ignition/Deluxe pad.

3- People who play more than three songs in a row when someone is waiting.

4- The parents who actually ASK the dancer if their kid can hit an arrow. "Sure, mommy, let him mess up my 200+ combo!"

5- People who attack me because I stick by the ones I mastered at home (so I like doing END OF THE CENTURY a lot! Sue me!)

6- Jpop haters, and those that go "THATS SO GAY" at the frogs in BREAK DOWN.

7- People who play at home and do really well, then get embarrassed at the arcade.

of those that your said, the one i hate the most are those annoying little kids, but fortunately it only ever happened to me once or twice. the most hated thing i hate is when people are having a birthday party at the arcade (the DDR machine is reight near where the parties are) and the people there think that they own the whole place and can jump on the machine whenever they want. ive gotten in a few arguments with people like this, and its the most annoying thing ever when u only have 99 seconds to explain the line system and how they are not in control of the whole place just because they rented out a few tables for 2 hours.

i am a 6 time tourney champ and running.

i don't do that to people, but i do lmao when other people mess with each other when they are trying to play.

i have never beaten Paranoia bros. part 1 before.
when i tried i failed then the second time i got to the end but i messed up and failed when this guy tried to have a full on conversation with me.

i laughed it off but inside i was like:

I really hate it when the ghetto people try and mess with you Then they say stuff like white boy aint got no rythm when ur playing Twilight zone ON HEAVY and get a B then when u call them out to a game and they chicken out. they are also like the 3yr olds trying to stomp the back arrow on it.Im about to put a nail through my shoe and stomp the heck out of there foot. i wont because it will hurt the pad.

7: The people who look at you like you're psycho for passing Max 300 on heavy, I give them look they want sometimes:
8: The fat kid who challenges you to a match and talks in a fake low voice :"I am the King of DDR! Fear my leet mastery!"
9: The aformentioned fat kid who tries to ban you from the arcade by accusing you of cheating. "Mr. manager! He picked all the hard songs!"
10: The same fat kid, who tracks you down and tries to beat you every day at the arcade, heckles you, and stomps on the back arrow
