-Chopin's Revolutionary Etude, which is Kakumei on DDR and Beatmania(Kakumei=Revolution)
-Vivaldi's "Winter", or a section from it at least. This song is V, which from what I've heard from a majority of people, stands for Vivaldi, but I've heard it also stands for Victory. I honestly don't know.
I don't know if dj TAKA has done any other classical remakes. _________________

Just for no reason, the other is Beethoven's "Ode To Joy/9th(Final) Symphony" Remixed by No.9 err...Naoki.
I'm pretty sure dj TAKA has a website where you can find stuff about him, but I don't know.... _________________

Nope, it's an original piece of music. And DJ Amuro is Taka, BTW. _________________

Lots of artist use more than one name (Sana, Taka+TaQ, lots more)
What about No. 13 off of IIDX 10th. Is that a classical piece? _________________

Yeah, Abyss is even better on the IIDX version.
I've heard the classical piece for No. 13 before, so I believe that's a remix. And what about M? Is that a real song by Taka anyway?
Anyway, that's cool how Amuro is Taka. But I also heard that A is, in fact, a remix of that same song. The original isn't classical, though. _________________

No. Its just a remix of a classical tune that some jerk thought would be funny to include on stepmania and say its by Taka. _________________

taka's no.13 is based on bach's invention #13. they don't sound that similar, except for basic melody and chord structure.

"M" is a remix of the third movement of Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven. It is not actually by Taka, but I suppose it does have a very Taka-esque feel to it. _________________

I thought V was for Vivaldi, and A was for Amuro.. _________________

I'm sure if it was sold for profit, Konami would clamp down on it (I'm sure it's a matter of time before they clamp down on ITG).[/quote]

V is right, and A makes sense. Funny how that works... _________________

A says Arenaissance though when you actually play it so is that the real name? _________________

No, it's just A.
In IIDX, A's genre was listed as Renaissance. Not quite sure why they stuck the genre into A's background; they don't do it for the other songs. |

iirc, taka said in an interview that V stood for "victory," not vivaldi, although vivaldi makes more sense.

Its Kakumei and M has absolutely nothing to do with Konami in any shape or form. _________________
