Ok, great! I'm going to have a similar setup (I'll post pics and description when I get it all up). Now the only problem I'm having is finding songs and gda files..... I'm going to be making hella songs of my own + songs from my favorite bands..... but I CANNOT find the official songs! I am going to buy the two DrumMania games on PS2, but it's a hassle to switch from PS2 to PC everytime I wanna play a different song! _________________

Why don't you just stick to your PC?
You can find all the official DM songs at www.neosolo.co.kr under the PDS section. My site www.homei.cc/gdas has lots of other GDA files.
If you do make you owns, let me know and I can host it for you so you can share it with other. _________________

You cannot play DM crosshanded, dammit. I've tried, I just can't do it. And it sucks because something tells me, in the really hard songs, I'm gonna need too. |

Yes you can =P
If you're talking about the home version...
I still see people who can, and still do Expert Real (Extreme) songs without a hitch. _________________

I'm sad. Wisconsin moved all their drummania machines to Milwaukee. Best drummania player in Wisconsin, and me without my machines.
I want Milwaukee and Chicago to both die because they have them.
Oh, and I don't play cross-handed. I play the drums in real life and still can't do it on Drummania. There just isn't enough room for me. I don't have a problem passing any song because of it. I can even pass Centaur (although, I guess that doesn't require you to cross your hands, but whatever). It builds up the strength and coordination in my left hand, which is really nice for some of the snare-intensive songs I play on the real drums. |

That's because Centaur is a piece of crap anyway =P
(I do love Jimmy Weckl's stuff, but Centaur isn't one of them) _________________

I've played cross-handed since I first started playing DrumMania. I did notice it's pretty tight when you play off-beat snare parts, but I forced myself to play that way. I'm glad I did since the hard stuff would be nearly impossible (for me, anyways) to do. I even have trouble with the very beginning of FIRE b/c my left hand isn't nearly as strong as my right. =P
Thanks for the links!! I downloaded a lot of the songs, but a lot are crappy sounding and some don't even have the background sound files. I have some of the mp3s that are missing, but I most likely don't have all of them. Any other sites that are good to get these songs? _________________

Yeah, I'm not a fan of it, but it's probably the hardest song I can pass, so I just listed that. |

Ok, I just visited Sunnyvale Golfland the other day, and they were working on their 9th mix, and once they reset the machine, I started playing.. and I was wondering..
WHERE THE HELL ARE ALL THE SONGS?
is there some massive like 20 + song unlock code?
I didn't see a boatload of songs that should have been on there, funky sonic world, kagonotori, bobby sue and skinny jim, and a bunch of others... wtf?
and I know it isn't the guitar freaks topic, but is there anywhere like;
http://www.geocities.co.jp/MusicStar-Drum/8700/dm/dm7/tame.html
for GF songs?
and speaking about that page, that says it's on 7th mix, but.. wtf it's not on there and i don't know the name of it, and i want the mp3 -_- |

Tamayura isn't on the GF8/DM7 OST. You need the GF/DM Best collection CD (it has the other PowerUp! songs like Sweetheart's Star, Roopa, Begin (blah, Kosaka Riyu), and Wasuremono).
AFAIK, I don't think there's an unlock code released for GF10/DM9 yet.
And I too am looking for a GF tabs page, no luck though. It would be SUPER helpful =/ _________________

Tamayura and the other PowerUp MP3's are on GF/DM Best Collection (or something like that).
Also, I don't think you can unlock those on a regular DM7/PF7, especially if it's not PowerUp. _________________

Can anyone please explain to me why Absolute (rock version) isn't in GF/DM yet? This would be one insane song, and it's by far one of the best I've heard from the bemani series. |

Anyone know if the unlock code for GF10/DM9 exists yet? I can't believe DDR Ultramix Songpack Volume 5 already has GET IT ALL! |
