homemade ddr cabinet?

anybody made there own cabinet? i remember seeing a guy that had made his own on here once before. i'd like to make a fake cabinet that could double as a entertainemtn center, i'm just not to handy at the carpenter thing.

fraid not fella. what i did was put a post to see if anyone had built there own cabinets, then perhaps i could see how they did it and get ideas and whatnot. thats the whole idea of this message board system.

That's an interresting post... Except for the bickering between the two of you. Oh yeah Ethanx is rigth btw, there is no "I want to learn, or I don't want to learn" in the post... Anyway I haven't seen this cabinet I mean... For DDR I would just put my pad (Don't have one but planning to) on the side of my TV or put it in my closet.. (The Cobalt Flux by the TV.)

But Can you get a pic of it so I can see what it looks like?

Anyway, so what exactly makes a DDR cabinet distinct from just a regular cabinet?

i'd like to make it mimic the arcade one with lights and all eventually, but i'd like to have a hidden panel inside where i could have my receiver, cpu dvd, all that jazz. i reckon i should call the monster house guys.
