John Sheridan...... "B".

I think I've seen the "B" represent "blade" one time, but I could be wrong.

IIDX 10th Style song... dj Taka with respect for J.S.B.

It's referring to the classical composer Bach, not the DDR player John Sheridan.

...Ugh. Whenever I hear John Sheridan, I immediately think first of Thirteen [XIII].

I'm more confused. I'm wondering what the DDR player's initials stand for, not the classical composer. I know what Bach's initials stand for, but not the DDR player's. So, what does the B stand for in JSB if the JS stands for John Sheridan?
Why does John Sheridan remind you of XIII?

This really has nothing to do with DDR, I suggest you do a bit of research for your answer instead.

It marginally has something to do with DDR, so it's okay for this thread to be in DDR Chit-Chat. Otherwise, where would it be? Random Chat? I don't want DDR-related stuff in Random Chat.

Anyway, to answer your question, JS stands for John Sheridan, and B stands for Blade.
