Feet/leg pains while playing DDR

I have some sort of screwed up nerve in my foot. I think they said that I have a pinched nerve. But anyway, I was playing this past Saturday, right in the middle of Twilight Zone or wahtever it's called, I basically collapsed, I had lost my balance whilst the sole of my foot was THROBBING in pain.

I treid to play it off, but sadly..I failed

Yeah there are a few things hurting. like:
My chest from jumping to much(yes I am a girl)
My legs
My feet
DDR is a pain, but still fun

I've only suffered from sore legs after dancing to hard songs, such as Max 300, A, and so forth.

Earlier today at Malibu in Redwood City my friend ripped her pants near the upper thigh in between her legs, she all of a sudden stopped in place and just covered her mouth. Me and all her friends were going "What's wrong?" she was like "I RIPPED MY PANTS!!!!" we were like wtf? we quickly studied her but then she showed it to us in the middle of her legs and we were like

Poor girl we felt bad for her, luckily it wasn't seeable so that's a relief though

I use to get that problem 2 usualy when i do all the cadas in one set without taking an ezy song break, but its proboly a stamina issue cause i kept playing cada all in a row and the pain just gradualy went away in my legs but before i couldn't walk and my legs would just collaps now its A OK =D

I do get sore around my shins. Boy that hurts like hell!

I do recommend rest at least a minimum of 30 minutes after you finished eating to play again to not get an upset stomach.
