This song is not passable, it is onbeat I admit but you've given it a random bpm. You can't put a bpm on chopin's music, it has too much energy and passion in it.

You can set a BPM to anything, problem is finding it. Although (good) classical music has a horrible tendency to be molto rubato frust.gif
