The revival of old music

You think that Konami would take the old hits and remaster them or apply them to the new machines. and also does anyone still play the old favorites or is it all catas and 10 footers?

I don't know about re-mastering... but I think the bemani team is pretty well known at this point for loving to remix a lot of the old songs (espically so when MAX2 had all those Oni remixes). And now you see it with the 10th style Remix CD as well (not ddr, but still).

There's still enough people that play old songs, cata's included. As far as I can hear, Afronova's been around since 3rd mix and it's still a very overplayed song

hmm... well, i have alot of the imported mixes with alot of the original music, so as long as i have kick the can in one of my mixes and saints go marching on the extreme machine, ill be happy

I still love (and miss) the long versions of songs, especially Hot Limit. I would like if Konami remixed/remastered a few of those.

I miss the songs My Fire from DDR1st and Petit Love from 5th. I always hoped that some last home version would get them, but that ended when Party Mix didn't put them back.....
