You will want to get some good quality shoes (DONT GO TO WALMART OR PAYLESS). I bought mine at JC Penny's. You should get walking shoes or some type of sporty sneaker. There is no specific TYPE or brand to get, but you know what NOT to get (the shiatty ones!).
Find a pair that feel well one your feet when you walk or run in them. Then test their grip. While wearing them, walk on tile, and try to slide your shoe around. If it is firmly gripped, it's a good pair! If they slide, even a LITTLE, don't get them.
That simple =P |

I go for the very aggressive tread trail running shoes made by adidas...not hiking boots, but more aggressive tread than your typical running shoes, climacool trail or laika 2 trail are the best IMO, and you can find those damn near anywhere... _________________

i use new balance shoes. they are for running, which means they have incredible support. people say you need shoes that do not slide, and this is mostly true. however, how are you gonna hit a successive pair of 8th notes at 250 bpm if the combo is (< >, then down). i say then need to slide a little just to hit those styles, but that is just me. also, while the insert sole is good in new balance, you might want to get some new ones. the new balance shoes are very durable. _________________

I'm sure if it was sold for profit, Konami would clamp down on it (I'm sure it's a matter of time before they clamp down on ITG).[/quote]
