The Way You Move on DDR

Alright heres a lil topic i posed because i just wanted to see how ppl play DDR their way of course u may think ur playing like everyone else but if u play a lot and pay attention to how u move then u would see ur not well i play on those crappy 10 year used pad the ones with the bad sensors anyway im use to stomping but with speed but it hurts after 2 hour straight playing =P i do that anyway share ur moves maybe we all can learn a thing or 2 on DDR

I THINK you're wondering how we all play. If that's the case. I flat foot bar rape, or if i don't use the bar (extra stage mostly) i flat foot...i don't bracket rape very well, but i'm working on it...if that's not what you meant, please edit your post in english so we can all read it?

I just move as my body takes me, I have no special style.

one time my friend recorded me playing on her digital camera, and i laughed so hard. I look so retarded when i ddr. I usually have my arms flailing around aimlessly, and when i do jumps my arms always lift up. its pretty funny

I play on my toes. I'm not quite sure if that's good or bad since no one has said they do it. Is it easier or better to play flat footed? I do not know ;x

i taught him the way I moved on the machine... and he looks exactly like me when he is playing. he does all my steps, foot for foot ._o

It's weird.. I kinmda switch around. Most of the time, when I'm not really paying attention, I dance on my toes, then I screw up and my feet start to hurt so I flat foot. Then I get bored so I start hoppin' around like an idiot and freestyle as good as a fat white kid with no endurance can. I only bar rape on Sakura.. Cause my feet don't want to co-operate with stepping so fast. And I have to cheat on the end of B4U by using both feet, but I make up for it my twirling around. (I play Light, occasionally Standard for easier songs. Ex: When the Saints Go Marching In, Secret Rendezvous..)

When I play, it's always with a serious face, even when I'm having the time of my life. My friend says it's my "Evil DDR face"

. I'm on my toes when it comes to 9 or 10 footers, and if the song isn't strenuous, I leave my hands on my sides. If the song is catchy to me, I usually bob my head to the beat in some parts of my playing.

If it's a song that's simple and I'm trying to AA, or AAA, I'll play flat-footed, moving my upper body as minimal as possible.

Otherwise, I'll flail all over the place on something difficult like LoM.
