I was on http://www.go-gaia.com just now, and I noticed that a few DDR fanatics have taken the DDR Freak logo on the top of this site and put it on their signitaures in the forums... I was wondering if this emblem is copyrighted, and if so, does DDRFreak.com administrators/owners care about this, what i think constitutes, break of copyright?

obviously the ddr freak embelem and name are copyrighted but as long buttocks they remain unaltered i believ that j dogg (the owner of ddrfreak) believs it to be good advertiseing to let people use it as a banner on other ofrums (not to mention it would be a derik smart level of jerknes to go after people who did use it)

The only offensive language in his post was saying, "If JDogg went after people who used the DDR Freak art to advertise, he'd be a jerk."
And he mistyped as -> ass. So it filtered it to bottocks  .

You know, I keep trying to check that site out to see if people are remote-linking the logos and other images, and it never loads for me. So, I wouldn't be worried about it.

fuck the filter with a stick and i equated going after people offering free advertizeing to derrick smart (the most letigous game designer on the planet it call hima no tallent ass hole but he woudl sue me for it)
