Dude, I'm in no way bashing any gay or bi people. I myself am bi. Yes, I'm looking for somebody who plays DDR that is into guys as much as I am.
Ironically, I would love to be near a person like you and I give you thumbs up for your standpoint about society and about bicuriosity. I also do believe we have a cynical, ignorant, backward society and we can thank a few members of our homophobic government. Yes, bicuriosity is in EVERYBODY. Some straight guys don't admit it because they don't want other people to interpret them as gay. Other straight guys could care less what people think. Real guys with balls actually try something with another guy, and if they like it, they stick to it (I.e. Alucard Romero).
On a more personal note, I dated a guy for four weeks who played DDR and even though he hates my guts, I still love him to death. I am not the cuase of the break-up, however. He was the first guy I had ever called my boyfriend and the first guy I actually kissed. I'm still stuck on him and I can't let go. I think the only way I'll get over myself is to find somebody else.
I've dated a girl before, but she moved. Nuff said.[/quote] _________________

This topic comes up once every couple months or so with the same/similar replies... not to critize or anything, it's normal.
But anyway, not just with DDR but with any type of gaming, or-- well-- the majority of various hobby / interest social circles, there are gay or lesbians *somewhere* who are into it too. That's just life, wether some narrow minded folks want to admit it or not. _________________

It's determined by basic math. Before we begin, let's assume you're a straight guy, which you seem to be.
The variable x will be defined as the value of sexiness (positive sexiness value) of a woman. The variable y represents the grossness (negative sexiness value) of the man. For the average straight male, x>|y|.
Now. The overall sexiness level of a room is determined by the sum of the sexiness values of the people in the room. In other words, where A and B determine the number of women and men respectively, and s is the sexiness value of the room, Ax + By = s.
If there is one woman and one man in the room, the sexiness value should be positive, as x>|y| for the average straight male. If two women are in the room, the sexiness value should be considerably higher. If just two men are in the room, s will be negative, meaning the room would be sexier empty.
Then there's another factor in this equation. If any people in the room are interacting with each other in a sexually suggestive manner, they get a whole mathematical term to themselves: G(n|x^A|+m|y^B|). Here n is defined as x/|x|, and m as y/|y|. In other words, they're just there to keep the signs proper (for the straight guy, n=1, and m=-1). G is determined by the sexiness of the activity itself; for example, if they're only sort of looking at each other in a sly manner, the number will be considerably low (1), and if they're outright having intercourse, the number will be extremely high (100).
Let's have an example. Once again, x is positive, y is negative, and x>|y|. Let's find out the overall sexiness of a woman and a guy doing it. For this example, x=3, y=-2, and G=100.
s = 100(|3^1|-|-2^1|)
s = 100(|3|-|-2|)
s = 100(3-2)
s = 100(1)
s = 100
So you see that the sexiness level of this example equals the sexiness level of a man and a woman being in the same room together, multiplied by the sex constant. Hopefully, now, we have all these mathematical expressions straight (har har), so now I'll answer your question.
First, to calculate the sexiness level of two lesbians having... you know.
s = 100(|3^2|)
s = 100(|9|)
s = 100(9)
s = 900
Woah. Those are some high sexiness levels. Now let's compare it to gay guys.
s = 100(-|-2^2|)
s = 100(-|4|)
s = 100(-4)
s = -400
O_O
So hopefully that answers your question. This has been Sabin's Bogus Mathematical Theorems Theatre. I hope maybe one or two people here will be able to use these theorems for their own purposes in the future. |

good job sabin, but of course when calculating that from a girl or a gay guy's point of view you have to multiply everything by -1 _________________

1-Sorry about my last post, but if you thought I was b*tching, don't worry, because I was. And if you don't like b*tches, deal with it because this B*tch has an opinion.
2-I am very well aware that Alucard wasn't bashing anyone. I am just trying to stress the fact that it shouldn't matter what the hell you are.
3-That math stuff made absolutely NO sense. But it was clever though.
4-People who hate gays, but love lesbians, suck on ice.
5-I wouldn't mind hanging out with you either Alucard. I think it takes a man or woman of true character to feel comfortable about themselves and who they are. I have such a heterosexual guy crush on you right now
6-I am not gay, I am not straight, I am not bi. I hate labels and refuse to choose a certain side. I guess you could say that I am truly free.
...I can't think of anything. But when I do, I'll come back and doggy some more.
And that's B*tch with a capital B, and an asterisk |

Actually, I took that into consideration; x and y represent the sexiness values of women and men to a specific person, so basically you just change those values to what you feel represents how much you are turned on by either gender. (You'll notice that if you're bisexual, all the numbers are huge.) |

I have to hand it to you, the Algebra stuff was extremely clever, but was also funny.
Oh well... this is just a place where gay/bi/lesbian ddr players can comfortably gather and discuss DDR or whatever else is in mind. What can I say... 'tis the thread... if posting here is not your cup of tea, then simply don't. It's up to the mods if they deem it unecessary or what not and lock it.
Stay happy people. _________________

I think most G/L/B DDR players can comfortably talk and gather anywhere if they so choose, they don't need to be seperate from the rest of us..and to answer the question from the start of the thread, my two best friends are a gay married couple that both play. _________________
